Download the latest stable version (typically v1.3.6) from a trusted homebrew archive.

Convert both discs separately using ISO2GOD. They will generate the same Title ID folder but will contain different files inside. Merge the contents into a single Title ID folder on your Xbox, or use homebrew plugins like Dashlaunch with its autoswap feature enabled to seamlessly transition between virtual discs.
