Return to your offline workstation:

Move to a computer or device that has an active internet connection.

On the target workstation, hold down the Shift key and double-click the Deep Freeze icon in the system tray (or press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + F6 ). Enter your administrative password to log in. Navigate to the Status or Licensing tab. Select Activate Offline .

Your Deep Freeze license should now appear as . The workstation will reboot normally and will remain activated indefinitely unless you re‑image the machine or make major hardware changes.

An is a unique, mathematically generated string that proves your license is legitimate without requiring the workstation to connect to the internet. Instead of the software talking to a server directly, you use a secondary device (like a networked admin PC or a smartphone) to generate a response code.

Import the resulting activation token back into your offline Enterprise Console.
